We’re 10 days into Spring and finally it’s 50 degrees and sunny in Boston, and probably the most “Spring” day I’ve ever had. With colorful flowers on the sidewalks, a simple but delicious brunch at Tatte  Bakery and my friend David’s camera to play around with, Beacon Hill was our lovely host.

In my opinion, Beacon Hill is the most beautiful part of the city, the kind of place you dream of living with its historic brownstones, posh restaurants and shops. To put it metaphorically, we were bopping around on this sort of “high on love” feeling for our surroundings.

My review on Tatte? Well, the pistachio croissant was a 100, thanks to the filling which was full of whole pistachio and the right amount of sweetness, which I assume was honey. Our sourdough toast atop with arugula, avocado and egg was almost perfect, but we were looking for that runny egg. Overall, we were happily satisfied and sat on their patio talking for hours.

Beautiful day with the best company, not a bad way to spend a Wednesday.
